As Red Frogs, our role is to support a generation of school leavers during what can be an enjoyable, yet at times, physically and emotionally confronting week. Below are the ways Red Frogs assist during Schoolies week in Bali.
Join the CrewBali
Over the past decade the number of school leavers heading to Bali to celebrate the end of 12 years of schooling has increased dramatically.
Most of these celebrations take place in the coastal town of Kuta, and it is here that Red Frogs provide direct relief and support to schoolies. Kuta is an exciting place where the music never dies and the people never sleep. It is undeniably a party paradise for young people. However, the strong influence of cheap alcohol and easily obtainable drugs makes for an unpredictable and potentially dangerous atmosphere, especially for vulnerable teenagers.
There is no doubt you will be kept busy as a Frogger but this may also include water sports and foot massages, all in the name of providing Schoolies with alcohol-free activities. After all, the work of the Red Frog is to be a positive influence in this party scene, providing support for what is often a very confronting and overwhelming week for young school leavers.
Frogging at Bali Schoolies is an awesome opportunity for you to not only get connected with others who have a like-minded passion for the next generation, but to safeguard young people in their time of need.

Team Leaders
Responsible for a team of 3 or 4, team leaders are on the ground often working between the hours of 3pm through until 5am. On most nights there will be an opportunity for down time somewhere during these hours. Team leaders also document the movement and experiences of their team each evening, as well as attend extra meetings.
Team Members
Along with their team leaders, these volunteers work in the hotels on the streets during the evenings and into the early hours of the morning, hanging with Schoolies and providing assistance when necessary.

Travel Insurance
To do Red Frogs in Bali you will need to purchase travel insurance. There are a number of options on the market, however it may be easiest and safest if you purchase your insurance along with your flights at a local travel agent. Many of these insurance policies will have an extra fee for scooter/motorbike use in Bali. Due to safety concerns, Red Frogs are not permitted to ride scooters/motorbikes during the Schoolies week. Therefore you will not need this extra insurance cover.
